    I would use his recipe for the lamb meatballs but do my own greek salad and tzatziki for the rest as they were just ok. That said, the little lamb meatballs were simple but lovely. The flavour of the lamb with a bit of crispy charred edges and the hit of garlic and cumin was nice and well balanced.
