    Can substitute green beans for asparagus, smoked paprika or turmeric for saffron, oil of your choice for ghee, fish fillets of your choice for trout fillets, and rocket or salad leaves for watercress.

    This was a low effort dinner. We had some lovely trout fillet and some really small baby potatoes which all cooked well in the time. To be honest , not a lot of skill needed but tasty and fresh.
