    Can substitute Maris Piper potatoes for Cyprus potatoes, and whole sea bass for sea bream.

    We were very lucky that my friends son caught 2 beautiful bream and wanted help cooking them. This was simple enough for a 16yo boy to do with only minimal guidance and was absolutely delicious. The only thing I’d change next time is reduce the amount of stock (same note as another of Meliz recipes)
