Cranberry walnut power bagels from Home Is Where the Eggs Are: Farmhouse Food for the People You Love (page 34) by Molly Yeh

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Can substitute bread flour or all-purpose flour for high-gluten flour.

I made these a second time and did a traditional bagel shape. I do not recommend this. The nuts, seeds, and fruit came out while boiling. The rectangular shape appears to keep the fillings in.

These are delicious. They taste very similar to the ones I grew up eating. In the future I will share them as regular bagels.
