    I made the filling and served it over brown rice. It was tasty and came together surprisingly quickly.

    I am not a fan of tomato paste which is maybe why I didn't like these? Too much tomato for me, personally. And a bit too sweet. Would have been more balanced with queso fresco but couldn't add due to a dairy allergy, so not a completely fair test. 2.5/5. Just not for me
