Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Simple and so good. I used 1 tbsp of sugar and it wasn’t noticeably sweet (EJM recommends some sugar to keep them fresh longer). I subbed in 100g of fresh milled flour (sifted some of the bran out). Made 12 medium sized scones.

    These scones had a really lovely texture and nice, mildly herbaceous flavor. I also used the same dough and upped the sugar a bit, adding a handful of granola to make a sweet scones. New go-to base recipe.
