    .A very nice change up for chicken noodle soup. I started slow with the sambal, ultimately stopped at about 2/3rd's of the the full amount. Because she suggests garnishing with jalapenos, I just stirred in chopped pickled peppers + the scallions also suggested. I had extra fine egg noodles to use up but will try her homemade "thick, chewy noodles for soup" another time.
