Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Good simple instructions re: oven temp for homemade croutons but timing will depend on the size of the bread I cubes...I checked at 9 minutes which was a good idea. I used a homemade spice mix with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder & dried thyme. She is also right about being generous with the oil :)
