Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used the yogurt & followed the baking time for the Pullman without the lid (she also gives times with the lid)...and it was spot on. The result was a sky high, beautifully domed loaf with a great texture & taste. I did question how you are supposed to let it rise above the pan and then add the lid for the 1st part of the bake?!? No matter, this is an absolute, without the lid, repeat.
