Can substitute coarse sea salt for salted onions, lemon juice for vinegar, and waxy potatoes for dried apricots. This recipe uses the Salted red onions recipe on p. 65 which ages for two days. You may use the Salt-preserved lemons recipe on p. 63.
Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.
