    My husband and I devoured this. It was supposed to feed 4-6. I coated the vegetables and halloumi with food networks Thai-style grilled vegetable marinade with coriander, garlic, lime, & oil minus the fish sauce before grilling. Another great way to serve halloumi. Served over coconut rice.
