    This was really good! I made a cashew cheese sauce instead of tahini as none in my house like tahini

    This was a good, easy weeknight dinner that I plan on making again. I liked the contrast of the crispy chickpeas, which I had to stop myself from eating before the meal was assembled, with the soft sweetness of the potatoes.
