The pork sanger from Somebody Feed Phil The Book: The Official Companion Book with Photos, Stories, and Favorite Recipes from Around the World (page 294) by Phil Rosenthal

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute picnic shoulder roast for Boston butt, grapeseed oil for extra virgin olive oil, and white wine vinegar for Champagne vinegar.

Mouth watering delicious! We used a boneless butt and cooked a little less time. I used chipotle chili powder and celery seed in the rub. It took a while to make all the parts, but was worth it. I made the aioli using my immersion blender in the tall cylinder it came with.
