Tomato tarragon fish bake from Fast Flavours: 110 Simple, Speedy Recipes (page 126) by Michael Smith (CA)

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Unbelievably easy recipe. We really enjoyed this. Used fresh halibut and fresh tarragon, I had sauce leftover since I only bought enough fish for two people. I used a 740 ml can of San marzano tomatoes too (more than asked for) and ended up using a tad too much tarragon since the bunch needed to be used up. I froze the leftover sauce and there is just enough that a small can of tomatoes added to it for another meal should temper the herb nicely.
