Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This tasted nice, but took ages to cook. I also had to use more than a splash of water (half a mugful, or maybe even more), as the dish kept catching at the bottom of the pan. Made double quantity for two people, which wasn't enough for us. Also lacking something to be a full meal, some crusty bread perhaps, or maybe I should up the amount of orzo next time.
