    Note to anyone trying to make this recipe : I selected this recipe as I was looking for something original to do with tomatoes, ham and gruyere to use some leftover. I was disappointed to see that the recipe in the link referenced did not include ham or Gruyère any more? (one more victim of the vegan lactose-gluten-free tsunami, no doubt) => after some research, I finally found indications for the non vegetarian variations mentioned in very small letters below the picture.
