Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very good - I will make this again. There is a mistake in the recipe where the author tells us to mix 1 cup of fried chicken powder mix with water, but then doesn’t say what to do with that mixture. It should read that the chicken should go from the brine to the wet powder mix & then into the dry. I made both the sweet & spicy sauce as well as the honey soy sauce & preferred the sweet & spicy. I would increase the spicy next time.
