    Cashews soak at least 2 hours. Can substitute vegan refried beans for Tangy pinto beans, Chickpea walnut taco meat p. 24 or vegan chorizo for Tempeh chorizo, and vegan cheddar cheese for Cheddar cheesy sauce.

    I made the pinto beans and black beans with homemade beans, made chorizo tempeh, the cheesy sauce, and the cashew cream. It was so special! Could def see using the components with the breakfast burrito.
