    Much better than I anticipated! Initially upon cooking the cauliflower, I was left with a lot of water and was afraid that the dish was going to be overly watery and mushy. However, it actually came out tasting perfectly good. No overt modifications needed. Maybe a little more garlic and salt than the recipe suggests, and reducing the amount of water for steaming.
