Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was great. The sauce had just enough of a kick from the chilis without being spicy. Would definitely make this again.

    Excellent recipe. The marinade for the chicken was delicious as well as the stir-fry sauce. A little on the spicy side if served with the recommend arbol chiles.

    Great recipe. I used 1 tsp of corn starch in place of the flour and it worked out great. Next time I'd try one sliced fresh thai bird chili in place of the pepper flakes as an experiment. Served with stir fried snow peas.

    This was great. I added a little more water at the end and used a mix of chicken breast and thighs. Will make it again.
