    Can substitute plain walnuts for the homemade candied walnuts specified in this recipe, butternut squash for pumpkin, pecans for walnuts, and maple syrup for honey.

    This was OK, nothing earth shattering but quite nice. Its pretty easy to put together, but the real star of the show is the honey roasted nuts, I used pecans. I might not make the salad again, but those nuts will make a repeat appearance
