    Best if you can marinate chicken 24 hours. Can substitute sugar or maple syrup for honey.

    Didn’t really turn out for me and lacked flavour. Admittedly the potatoes I used were older but they also didn’t cook up at the temp and time listed so I roasted them at 425 near the end which dried out the chicken.

    Even though I love grape/cherry tomatoes raw--I didn't really like them cooked, as in this dish. Also, even though I used the right size pan, the sauce didn't thicken up for me, as it should have; however, that also might be because I discovered late that the oven temperature was too low. I followed the recipe, even though I don't really like oregano, and the fresh oregano was particularly nasty--too strong. This is a good way to make chicken, though--and I did marinate overnight. Next time I would just have to change up the ingredients and seasoning to better suit my tastes.
