    Very, very good. I used a different brand of laksa paste: white lotus that is available to me in H-Mart here, skipped the red chiles because I did not have any and used only rice vermicelli, added a few baby bok choy becaused they needed to be harvested from the garden because of an unexpected heat wave and four fish balls. The recipe makes a very lot, can feed three easily, I only used 3.6 oz of rice noodles and we really gorged ourselves because it was so good.
