    Really quick and easy, but I made some substitutions which negatively affected the dish. I used ground turkey, which tends to release a lot of liquid in the browning process. I did not pour this off, and once the sauce was added, the meat had a "cafeteria line" smell and taste. Also, I subbed Thai black soy sauce for dark soy and the sauce was a little too sweet. Fortunately, some sriracha easily fixed those issues.

    Really easy, quick and tasty. A great midweek fix for when you need something on the table fast. I added some chopped peppers and carrots for veg and served with noodles and salad rather than rice. Will definitely repeat.
