    I like this way of roasting sweet potatoes, makes a very nice change. The lemon dressing makes it light and fresh. I didn’t add the bacon because we were having it with lamb chops. I’d make it that way again.

    Surprisingly tasty main course salad - did all components in the air fryer (still learning to use that cupboard space consumer more often!!)
