    Can substitute hot English mustard for Dijon mustard, fresh garlic for garlic powder, trout fillets for salmon fillets, and Greek yoghurt for sour cream.

    Just made the sauce to serve with smoked salmon patties. Very good, but even better if it has at least an hour to hang out in the fridge. Omitted the sugar and added 2 tsp bottled horseradish. Used the lower end of the amount of lemon juice called for and the sauce was plenty lemony. Another winner from RecipeTin Eats.
