    Not too sweet despite the amount of honey in the drink. Our local coffee parlor makes undrinkably sweet honey coffee, so this was the middle ground I was looking for. It's good, kind of a fancy little drink for days with no extra time. Not tasting the spices in it, but the vanilla came through as a nice perfume. The recipe was a good use for the crystallized honey we bought at a deep discount some time ago.
