    Can substitute shiitake mushrooms for king oyster mushrooms, and a mixture of tamari and brown sugar for kecap manis. Despite the title, this recipe does not call for salt.

    This was easy and delicious. We served it alongside tempura prawns. The recipe suggested 15 minutes for prep but give yourself extra time as everything needs to be finely chopped beforehand. However once you start the stir fry it goes quite quickly.
