Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    An alright chili. All the flavors come together pretty well, but it doesn't really stand out from others I've had in the past. Plus, it felt like this had an ungodly amount of meat (3 pounds!) Would definitely recommend making it 2, max.
