      The flavor was good in this dish, but the meatballs fell apart.

  • Cauliflower steaks with herb salsa verde

      I thought this recipe was fine. The salsa was pretty good, if a bit too lemony, which is ridiculous because the recipe called for twice the amount I actually put on there (2 Tbsp vs. 4). The cauliflower steak doesn't do well by just itself. Even with a generous amount of salt and pepper, it was just bland to me. But in its defense, I'm not the biggest cauliflower fan to begin with.
