    This is a great lunch or salad recipe to use up excess celery, especially if you have Asian condiments as pantry staples. I used pre-marinated tofu as a treat, and cannot wait to make again as a topping for chilled plain or matcha soba.

    Excellent way to use up celery, if you have lots of Asian staple condiments. Really fresh, crunchy, and healthy. Planning on trying as a topping with chilled plain or matcha soba, and use pre-marinated tofu for a treat.
