    Lovely dish, I had a great haul of crab from Sitka Salmon. Due to sick kids I couldn’t get to the grocery store and was missing the full amount of lemon and all the zest; and had to use champagne vinegar instead of tarragon…but we loved it. Such a light, delicious recipe.
