    This a is a delightful new way to prepare some of the trout my husband keeps bringing home. All work is in the prep, cooking is a snap - just a few minutes under the broiler. We loved the little bit of crunch and zingy flavor in the peanut paste on the fish and when combined with the fresh and flavorful pineapple salsa this dish is fabulous.
