    Great way to use leftover turkey. I used turkey breast leftover from a whole roasted turkey breast. The roasted tomatillo sauce makes it so tasty! I used jalapeños instead of serranos because that's what I had. Suggest taste your chiles before adding them to gage the heat as it can really vary. Increase or decrease the amount accordingly. I also increased the amount of cheese. This will work with chicken too.
