    I love this recipe and serve it every year for Thanksgiving dinner. The marmalade/OJ/bitters mixture reduces to a glaze that’s sophisticated in flavor and not overly sweet. Easily made ahead and reheated in a covered serving dish. Butter the baking dish very liberally all the way up, as the glaze will bake on a bit due to its sugar content (oil isn’t as effective).
