Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The eggs were delicious and easy, but the hash was nothing to write home about, and I think the proportions are totally off. This recipe is supposed to serve 6 but the hash consists of one large sweet potato, 8 oz mushrooms, and one large shallot . . . I think I’m also not a big fan of sweet potatoes with eggs.
