    This was very disappointing. I had wonderful fresh peaches and wanted to make a cake. The finished product looked gorgeous, but the taste was disappointing. The cake was very crumbly and not very interesting. The spice mixture didn't add much in ways of flavor. There was also way too much cake for the single layer of peaches on the bottom. I'll be looking for another Peach Upside Down cake next time. Sorry Ruth R.
