Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Hearty and delicious, I liked this better than chicken marbella. After 2.5 hrs of braising, the sauce had cooked down to the point where there wasn't much left (would have loved more) and the seasoning was concentrated, so I definitely didn't need to add more salt at the end. Couscous and steamed green beans were nice accompaniments. I bet carrots would taste good cooked in the sauce.
