    Very nice combination, and very quick and easy. I cooked the salmon in the air fryer for convenience, as I didn't care about the skin. I wouldn't have minded more zest and coriander on the salmon. Served the salad over a bed of arugula, which went nicely with it, and also bulked it up - it's pretty light otherwise. I'd use less salt in the vinaigrette next time.
