    I don't think you need a recipe to make a roast beef sandwich, but the sauce in this recipe takes the basic ingredients to the next level for an outstanding-tasting sandwich. Served with cauliflower soup. Will repeat.

    I can't find watercress in my neck of the woods, so I used a baby mix of kale, spinach, and chard. I really enjoyed the sauce on this. It called for 2 tablespoons per sandwich, but I thought one was plenty. I did toast my sandwich and warmed the deli roast beef before adding my toppings.
