    Very nicely spiced. I subbed 1/2 of a preserved lemon for the lemon zest and did not strain the curry brown butter through muslin (this seemed like an unnecessary extra step). Although it seems like a lot of components, they come together easily and come together in a sophisticated and delicious whole.
