    I cut the butter down by about a half and I really enjoyed this soup. It was super comforting but not dull. The butter added great flavor but the full amount may have been too much.

    I was really drawn to the creativity of this recipe and glad I tried it but I think I prefer cacio e pepe pasta over this soup. Lots of flavor but very rich for a soup (more of a stew) and made way more than the 4 servings listed.
