    Very good. This was one of the better pasta primavera recipes I’ve tried- not too dry nor overwhelmed by sauce either. Like some of her her other recipes, there is lots of chopping. I found that prepping everything ahead of cooking made for a smooth cook time. I used DeLallo whole wheat penne rigate pasta - nice- and used all of the other ingredients listed. Satisfying main dish. Pinot Grigio went well with the pasta.
