Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    The ingredient amounts are off for this salad. 1/4 cup of water added to the other dressing ingredients creates way too much liquid for the cabbage, scallions, and apples to absorb. Next time, I’ll cut the water by half (at least). This time, I increased the cabbage from 8 to 12 ounces, and there was still way too much liquid. Draining the salad components worked but I’d rather have the correct liquid amount to begin with. Overall, after draining the extra liquid, this salad was good (rather than great). It did go well with the ham and beans recipe on the preceding page.
