    I found that this was a lot of work for something that was not up to the standard of her other recipes.

    The sweetness of the carrots is a bit odd in the lasagne. It felt like there was a flavor that was missing. It's also very difficult to get all the pieces of carrot and broccoli to cook thoroughly without overcooking other pieces.
