    Fantastic recipe using any type of seafood. I've made this a number of times and always hits the mark. Since I like a little more tomato taste, I always add 2 T of tomato paste. My favorite risotto! The base of this recipe is used in Risotto with squid, shrimp, and clams (Risotto coi calamari, I gamberi, e le vongole) and Risotto with squid and shrimp (Risotto coi calamari e I gamberi) in this book.
