    Made for a second time but this time I did not over cook the lamb..I followed the instructions to the second! Delicious and so easy to make. The chops were fabricated from a smallish rack of lamb. I was careful to make the chops of equal size.

    Excellent - one of those recipes I wish I'd discovered a long time ago! Chops were perfectly cooked with a nice crust but still juicy inside, and plenty of flavor.
