Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    If you like curry, you'll like this. Used her green curry paste and subbed in a bell pepper and bamboo shoots for the veg. Found it needed a bit of salt in addition to the max fish sauce as I don't think I salted the curry paste enough. I rarely have green curry as I don't usually make scratch paste and think the red and yellow ones are a better option when purchased. This is a nice treat!
