    Stock must simmer for 3 hours. Can substitute whole chickens for whole rabbits, vegetable oil for peanut oil, other green chiles or canned green chiles for jalapeno chiles, canned Italian plum tomatoes for tomatoes, and unsweetened chocolate for Mexican chocolate.
