Can substitute dried pad Thai noodles for dried rice sticks, and tofu or tempeh for chicken breasts. Can use the book's "Sweet soy sauce (Kecap manis)" and "Dried shrimp powder (Ebi bulak)".

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Really easy and a lot of flavour. There are a number of options for alternate recipes that I want to try now based on the basic stir-fried noodle recipe.
